For middle school & high school baseball athletes looking to improve:

By shifting athletes away from arm-dominant throwing and teaching them to explosively rotate from the center of the body, we safely unlock a powerful, whip-like arm action. We use a constraint led approach that each athlete discovers their own authentic mechanics instead of trying to be robotic and force positions

Our arm care protocol focuses on bulletproofing the shoulder and elbow by blending specific deceleration training with total-body kinetic chain integration. Instead of isolated cuff exercises, we treat the arm as the final link in a powerful chain, ensuring the core and hips anchor every throw to minimize stress and maximize career longevity.
