FAQs

What age groups and athletic levels do you train?

1

We specialize in high-performance strength and conditioning for youth, high school, collegiate, and adult athletes. Whether you are a middle schooler building a movement foundation, a high school athlete looking to catch the eye of college scouts, or an elite competitor tuning your game, our programs are customized entirely to your sport, training age, and specific performance goals.

How do your programs differ from a standard commercial gym membership?

2

Standard gyms give you access to equipment; we provide an engineered development framework. Every athlete undergoes a comprehensive baseline movement screen, force production assessment, and athletic profile evaluation. From there, you receive a fully individualized program, coaching on every single rep to optimize intent and mechanics, and regular re-testing to ensure measurable gains in speed, power, and injury resilience.

Do you offer specialized training for baseball players to increase velocity and arm speed?

3

Yes. Our rotational athlete programs focus heavily on the kinetic chain, optimizing hip-to-shoulder separation, and building rotational power from the ground up. We train athletes to use their entire body to drive power, which maximizes throwing velocity or exit speed while significantly reducing eccentric stress on the elbow (like the brachialis and UCL) and shoulder deceleration muscles.

How does your facility approach injury prevention and "arm care"?

4

We don't just treat symptoms; we fix the mechanical compensations that cause injuries. By focusing on posterior chain deceleration, shoulder blade stability, and core-driven movement, we teach the body to absorb the massive forces generated during explosive movements. True arm care isn't just about band work—it’s about building a robust brake system in the upper back and core so the smaller joints don't take a beating.

How do I get started with a training program at your facility?

How can I contact you?

Every new athlete starts with an initial Performance Assessment. During this 1-on-1 session, we evaluate your current mobility, power output, and sport-specific mechanics. This data establishes your baseline and allows us to build your custom training blueprint. You can book your assessment directly through our website or contact us to find a time that fits your schedule.

Getting started is simple. Reach out through our contact form or schedule a call—we’ll walk you through the next steps and answer any questions along the way.

Our performance gym is located to easily serve athletes across the South Bay and greater Los Angeles area. We regularly train athletes from communities including Redondo Beach, Torrance, Manhattan Beach, and the surrounding local neighborhoods who are looking for elite coaching and data-driven results.
